75th Post

Woah! I haven't blogged forever! Sorry for the 3 week hiatus! Anywho, last month I spent a whole week at the University of Notre Dame for their youth church program they have and it was so much fun! Corny as that might sound, it was not pointless at all and I learned a lot about (guess who) God/Jesus and other stuff. Also, the campus is so beautiful!

We had so much "free time" to walk around campus and I practically spent half of that time in the bookstore.

And the campus is really big! On our first day, I was walking with my friends from my parish and we couldn't find the bookstore and we say this Asian guy and I asked them if I should ask him where the place is and they said sure. So I go up to the guy and asked him nicely where the bookstore was and I think I scared him to death and he looked up and said in a thick accent, "Oh no... um... I'am with the conference! (holds up his name tag)" (There was a boys lacrosse camp, an engineering conference, our event, and some other stuff during that week) Then I apologized and he walked away like nothing happened and my friends and I started laughing so hard about what happened.
Enjoy these other photos from Notre Dame!

My small group during the scavenger hunt... we made our theme a rainbow.
Can you tell?
I have more pictures but just go there yourself and see the beauty! Overall, Notre Dame was a fun, life-changing part of my life. I'm never going to forget this experience and I'm absolutely coming next year! This week, I was Cape May, NJ for vacation and 4th of July there was awesome! We (my parents and I) saw the fireworks on the beach! They were huge! The beach was hot but fun. I started boogie boarding 3 years ago and I still suck but I'm getting better every year. The waves on the 4th were intense because boats would go by almost every minute. So I guess you can picture how the waves were that day.

So yeah... that's my life. I also have other stuff going on soon so I think I'm gonna have a little hiatus again. Just a little warning. Ugh summer is going too fast! But I'm enjoying every minute of it. :)
